1011	ActiveConnection should be removed	Graham Cobb	dgollub	"The <ActiveConnection> tag in the config file is a hack, which doesn't add much useful functionality and doesn't belong in the config file at all.  It adds complexity to the config file to solve a UI problem and doesn't even solve it very well. It should be removed.

If it can't be removed, it should at least be made optional: it is only useful in the rare case where more than one connection, of different types, are specified in the config file.  In the normal case it adds no value.
